What if I don't use HubSpot or Pipedrive?
No problem. Those two connect in one click, but Canopy works with any system that can send a webhook when a job is marked complete — including custom tools and most field-service and dispatch software. If you'd rather your tech person wire up the webhook, you can send them the setup steps and skip ahead.
How long does setup actually take?
Most teams are live the same day. With a one-click CRM connection it's quick; if you're setting up a custom webhook it takes a little longer, but there's no implementation team to schedule and no onboarding calls to sit through. Everything past the connection is pre-set to a sensible default you can change anytime.
Is my customer data secure?
Your data is yours. It's used only to power your own workspace's surveys, scoring, and insights — never sold or shared. You can export or delete it whenever you want.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
You won't be charged until your 30 days are up. You add a card to start the trial, but nothing bills during the free period — and if Canopy isn't a fit, cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Can I really cancel anytime?
